Location
Sundance Estates HOA is a non-profit organization with elected Board Members and many volunteers who Chair and assist on various Committees.
Our Board and Committees are active, and work to make our community one of the most desirable in Santa Fe.
61 home sites, each approximately 2.5 acres in size, are interspersed atop 154 rolling acres. 46 acres are designated as natural, open space, offering full enjoyment of nature and magnificent Sangre de Cristo and Jemez mountain views.

Santa Fe is filled with fabulous restaurants that are an easy drive for residents, or take an Uber or Lyft! Door Dash and others will deliver food to your door, and there is a wine bar and gourmet restaurant just minutes away on Camino La Tierra.
